All in all, though hamburgers are popular around the world, they are classified into the circle of junk food because it will lead to fat and even cause cancer if our children eat too many. So, we shouldn’t take our children to eat hamburgers.

I am writing to express my views on the playground vandalism near my housing estate. The housing estate where I live in in the New Territories has many excellent facilities. While most people treat them properly, there are some people destroy all these valuable public resources. The playground equipment is heavily damaged. Some facilities are burned and broken. The graffiti are completely covered all over the place. Some of the graffiti even includes bad language. It’s adversely influence the children safety and our precious public resources.
The reason of this vandalism is mainly related to the people who are out of boredom and the shortage of security. Nowadays, most teenagers like to spend their time through hanging out with friends. When they have nothing to play or any recreational activities, the playground may be targeted as an amusement for spending their time. Due to teenagers are now in the process of building self-worth and self-esteem, they will try to do something over in order to get the peer recognition. For instant, the teenagers pretend to be a leader through destroying the facilities. In these recent years, these selfish and irresponsible behaviors under the fabricating, exaggerating from social media, started becoming rationalized. That’s why the playground vandalism happens. Secondly, it is because of the shortage of security guards. If there is security guard checking the playground regularly, to deter any vandalism promptly, this phenomenon will not happen.
To solve the problem, establishing a youth centre and forming a management committee are the best ways to solve the problem. Since Teenagers are having more free time, their needs of recreational activity are relatively elevated. Therefore, if there’s any activity or place to let them spend their free time, they will naturally lose interest in the destruction of the park, so as to protect the playground’s facilities and relieve the serious vandalism efficaciously. Establishing a youth centre is the best way to let the teenagers getting the community involved and spends their free time. In the youth centre, it will be provided some sporting equipment, chess game for them to play. Also, the youth centre will organize some activities for teenagers to enrich their life and help them to build up self-esteem, responsibility and self-worth. Let them can get into the community involved in the future easily.
Second, it’s about the security. Due to the shortage of security guard, the teenagers can go to destroy the park whenever they want. Nobody cares about it and looks after the place. It’s conceivable that the vandalism will continuously happen if there isn't any security guard. In contrast, if there is a management committee to supervise the playground, patrol it regularly, teenagers will behave more appropriate if they know that someone is watching them, so as to protect our facilities.
The situation now needs urgent attention! The existing playground is broken and dangerous for young children to play in. It’s not just vandalism, is a danger bomb in the society! If the problem cannot be solved promptly, it will become a vicious cycle, fully threaten our children safety and our daily life. Therefore, I earnestly urge the relevant departments to face and solve this problem immediately, so as to protect our children and facilities.

April 12 is memorable because our class had a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately.

The family had just moved to Rhode Island，and the young woman was feeling a little melancholy on that Sunday in May. After all，it was Mother's Day--and 800 miles separated her from her parents in Ohio.

While the man examined the cellar hole and tried to explain to the children what the house must have looked like，the woman drifted among the lilacs. Carefully，she chose a sprig here，another one there，and clipped them with her husband's pocket knife. She was in no hurry，relishing each blossom as a rare and delicate treasure.

For a few moments，the two women chatted，both aglow with happiness，and then the young woman turned and ran back to her family. As the car pulled away，the woman in the wheelchair waved，and clutched the lilacs.

But it was Mother's Day，and she seemed so alone，and who wouldn't be cheered by flowers?_Besides，_she added，_I have all of you，and I still have my mother，even if she is far away. That woman needed those flowers more than I did. _

This satisfied the kids，but not the husband. The next day he purchased half a dozen young lilacs bushes and planted them around their yard，and several times since then he has added more.

My Opinions on Volunteering
We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others it’s a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great.
I not only feel good about helping others but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity I’d like to visit old people’s houses to clean up for them. I’d also like to help sick kids in hospital. I love kids and I plan to put my love to good use by working in hospital.
In a word I’d like to help people who need help. If everyone helps out a bit the world will be more colorful.
My mother has a pair of keen eyes which can speak. Whenever I encounter difficulties, her eyes will encourage me and help me cheer up.
When I began learning to walk, mother always lent me a hand and encouraged me to stand up while I fell down. As I finally threw myself into her arms, her eyes Smiled with praise. Aftei I entered the school, mother's eyes still encouraged me. Once I failed my Chinese exam, my mother helped me find out the reasons instead of blaming me. Now I have grown up and become more independent, but whenever I come across setbacks, my mother's eyes are always with me encouraging me wherever I go.

Recently, there has been a growing concern among the public over the topic of the choice after graduation. It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves. For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something productive.

As the developing of Chinese economy，the problem of protecting environment is being more and more important. It is a crucial responsibility for us. If we let this situation go as it is，it would be almost not a health earth for our offspring. It sounds an alarm to us that we should execute the steps of protecting environment quickly. Recently，a large number of problems appeared obviously，the security of food，the acid rain，the lack of water，the worse weather，all of all，it is the problem of environment in the final analysis. The development of society should be the basic of protecting environment，we ought to protect environment by newer technology. Meanwhile，the protecting environment should play an important role in the development of society. Accordingly，I argue that we should protect environment in two aspects. On the one hand，the related laws should be established by government. On the other hand，the consciousness of protecting environment ought to be publicized in public. Health is our most important possession, so we should do our best to maintain it. As we all know, good health is necessary to happiness and success. On the contrary, people who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
As far as Im concerned , there are three principal suggestions for us to follow. First of all, we should adopt a scientific diet, which provides the necessities for your body. The second one is that we are supposed to persist in taking physical exercise , especially the people working indoors. Last but not least, we are supposed to stay in a cheerful mood.
As for me, in order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the _junk food_ although it usually tastes good. Moreover, I even form good habits of doing morning exercises, listening to beautiful music and reading good books, which always cheer me up.
All in all, only by carefully obeying the laws of health can we keep ourselves healthy.

Last weekend I went on an eco-travel with a travel agency. All the way we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fresh air. But a few of us picked flowers as while going sightseeing. The year of 2008 is getting closer and closer to us. We need to take actions from now on to prepare for the game. What we need to do most is to work on our disadvantages and shortcomings. As a student of Senior high, I can do my own part. Although I can’t transform our city into more a beautiful place on my own, I can help Beijing in small ways and encourage our classmates and people around me to follow my lead.
Let me take the environment for example, the atmosphere around Beijing is quite disappointing, factories and cars keep giving off exhausts into the air, we can hardly see the blue sky with our naked eyes, because the sky is covered with a thick layer of harmful substances. The sky is gray instead of blue. To our delight, the government has passed some laws of protecting the air, and we can do something useful, too. For example, whenever we go out for a long distance, ride the bike or take the buses and subways instead of taxis. You may not have a clue how it works. Of course doing that only by one person is far from enough, but we can let more people do that together. In that case the result may be more than we bargained for.
Another thing we need to work on is our English skills. Teachers and parents often put great emphasis on our English skills especially listening and speaking. I want to be a volunteer in 2008, to be an interpreter. For now, I must do something helpful to improve my spoken English. Rome isn’t build in a day, so is English. It can’t be improved in a day or two. It takes time and energy. There are no shortcuts to improve your spoken English; the most productive way is to grab all opportunities around you to open your mouth. For instance, taking part in all kinds of English contests is a good way, you can meet some excellent contestants, and you can share the experience of learning and some good method of learning. I will keep participating in all English activities to polish up my English. I’m sure by the year of 2008, I will be able to master English well just as my mother tongue.
All in all, I’m sure that Beijing Olympic Games will be one of the most successful Games in history. I believe our long-cherished dream will be fulfilled in a perfect way!

According to the reform program of the college entrance examination that the Ministry of Education has made,some of the subjects will be examed many times in a have different oppinions about this.
Some say that this program give students more free can choose the exam time themself and its obvious an effective way to improve their grades of the university entrance the other hand,if some of the subjects are finished ahead of time,students will be in less pressure during the time.
There are also many people against the program while others are in favour of wil increase the burden of the students by the frequently is a waste of the education resource cause the exam costs more in this case.
In my oppinion,to pass the exam before the reference time is a good way to relax ourselves while we are all under the pressure of the university entrance Im looking forward to see the reform program to be brought into force.

If i were a boy again, i would practice perseverance more often, and never give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. if we want light, we must conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there are only o creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.”
If i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing e beeen me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in o directions at habit of attention bees part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown up people say “ i could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to bee a power.

I think its not a good idea to randomly pair up students for the spoken English training class. I have a few reasons for my , randomly pairing up students may lead to imbalanced language abilities within the groups. Some students might have advanced speaking skills while others may struggle with basic conversation. This can hinder the progress of both students as the more advanced one may dominate the conversation, leaving little room for the other student to , students may feel uncomfortable or less motivated if they are paired with someone they dont get along with or have difficulty communicating with. Building a positive and comfortable learning environment is crucial for effective language practice, and randomly assigning pairs might undermine , I suggest implementing a system where students can choose their own partners based on their language abilities and personal preferences. This allows students to collaborate with someone they are comfortable with, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment.
