自我认知是教招结构化当中非常重要的一类题型，主要测查目的是了解考生的个人基本情况和信息，了解考生是个怎样的人，从而测查考试个人与教师岗位的匹配度。了解过的同学一定知道，这类问题的核心在于“人岗匹配”，即围绕教师职位特点作展开，但是因为此类问题问法无规律可循，因此作答起来比较困难。今天就介绍几种自我介绍的技巧。
1、以小见大
例题：请谈谈最令你骄傲的一件事。
非常简单的问法，通过考生描述一段经历来了解考生个性特点，很多人在作答会往成就去思考，认为成就是令人骄傲的，比如说“我得过学校的说课比赛的第几名。”或者是“我曾经接受过比较严峻的代课任务。”诸如此类，希望以个人的实际成绩去赢得考官的青睐。这确实是一种非常有效的方法，也很具备说服力，但是可能相当多的考生缺乏这样的经历和成就。所以可以采取“以小见大”的方法，比如：“我最骄傲的事情是在教育实习结束时，同学们齐声对我说了声谢谢，学生的认可就是我最大的骄傲。”这样非常小的细节，可能很多人会有这样的感触，一样能够体现该考生注重师生关系关系构建，认识到教书育人的价值，体现以生为本的价值观，同样也可以赢得考官的青睐。
2、欲扬先抑
例题：谈谈你最尴尬的一件事。
这样的提问让很多考生在考场上措手不及，认为考官要“揭短”，因此选择有意识的回避考官，或者挑一些无关紧要的事情去搪塞考官，这样其实是很多考生不能理解题目的意图，题目并不关注于“尴尬是什么”，而是应该放在“你是如何化解尴尬的”。从这个层面来思考，那么要化解尴尬，那就得客观表述尴尬事件的前提上把重点放在如何化解上。比如说：“作为一名语文老师，我最尴尬的事情是在上课时板书写错里基本的一个字的笔画。当时被学生当堂指出，学生都议论纷纷，我也马上意识到自己犯了一个很不应该犯的错误。”后面着重谈谈自己是如何通过教学机智和事后反思去化解尴尬的，以及给自己怎样的提示。这样的回答既体现了一定的真实性，也能客观表现考生知错就改的品质以及教学机智的体现。
3、倒叙，设置悬念
例题：你为什么要选择教师这份职业？
很多考生在作答时有个普遍问题就是描述亢长，难以引以听者的注意力，比如这道例题，很多人就会平铺直叙：“我之所以选择教师这份岗位，第一是因为...，第二是因为...，...”这样听到后面考官注意力就会下降。那此时我们就可以采取倒叙，设置悬念的方式，比如说：“考官，我之所以选择教师，源自于以前对教师这份职业的一个误会...”这样的回答，考官就能够从“误会”入手，跟随考生的思考，细听误会是什么，为什么误会，以及为什么选择教师这份职业。所以可以尝试用这种方法改变过去的平铺直叙。
以上的三种技巧的掌握还需结合题目实际灵活运用，并且多家练习，才能运用于自我认知类的题目当中，希望能为各位考生提供一些帮助。

1.如何上好开学的第一节体育课?
首先，要重视第一节课。“好的开始是成功的一半。”让学生信服你，上好你这门课，你就必须要让学生对你的这门课产生兴趣，否则会事倍功半。我的第一节体育课是这样做的，课前把教学内容分成我爱校园、共同成长、体育理论三个模块，用相应的计算机软件制作成教学课件，在多媒体教室里播放给学生观看，让学生在欣赏学习的同时，感受到体育课的无穷魅力。由于多媒体教学手段先进，学生能够视听并举，使学生的注意力高度集中到教师的讲课上来，激起学生强烈的求知欲。
其次，向学生提出要求。无规矩不成方圆，要让学生按照你的要求学习、遵守纪律。这些必须让学生明白，可以为以后课堂组织教学省些时间。课堂教学常规教师最好与学生一起讨论制定，采用举手表决式，形成条文后，把管理条文张贴于众，严格执行。由于规则是大家共同制定的，让“大家的规则”来管理自己，学生都乐于接受。有了好的常规和纪律，我们会感到上课很舒服，完成教学任务很轻松。

预摆：两脚左右开立，与肩同宽，两臂前后摆动，前摆时，两腿伸直，后摆时，屈膝降低重心，上体稍前倾，手尽量往后摆。要点：上下肢动作协调配合，摆动时一伸二屈降重心，上体稍前倾。
起跳腾空：两脚快速用力蹬地，同时两臂稍曲由后往前上方摆动，向前上方跳起腾空，并充分展体。要点：蹬地快速有力，腿蹬和手摆要协调，空中展体要充分，强调离地前的前脚掌瞬间蹬地动作。 落地缓冲：收腹举腿，小腿往前伸，同时双臂用力往后摆动，并屈膝落地缓冲。要点：小腿前伸的时机把握好，曲腿前伸臂后摆，落地后往前不往后。
立定跳远的辅助练习:
挺身跳：原地屈膝开始跳，空中做直腿挺身动作，髋关节完全打开，做出背弓动作，落地时屈膝缓冲。 单足跳前进练习：一般采用左(右)去右(左)来的方法进行练习，距离控制在25-30米左右，完成3-4组。
收腹跳练习：从原地直立开始起跳，空中做屈腿抱膝动作或双手在腿前击掌，落地时一定要屈膝缓冲。
