I feel it an honour to have the chance to tell you something about our activities at school after class. We have one hour of activities from 4:20 to 5:20 in the afternoon. Some students read books in the reading - room; some have sports on the playground; some sing songs in the theatre hall. some learn to operate computers in the lab and others take part in their group work about different subjects. The majority are most interested in sports and computers.
We hope that we can have less homework and more time to join in the activities. We are also looking forward to more visits and tour trips.

本次活动的目的是进一步研究潍坊市教科院“五四一”课堂教学模式，提高我区英语教师的课堂授课水平，培养教坛新秀。高新区教研室对此活动十分关注，武际金副主任亲临现场、东明中学的孙校长也观摩了本次活动。本次活动由以下两个环节：
一、听课、评课。
杨叔萍主任多年来注重研究课堂教学，今天她又展示了一节读写课，把读写课的基本步骤通过授课形式展示给大家，让老师们从中领悟。课后杨主任把她设计这堂课的思路和大家进行了交流。老师们也对这节读写课也发表了自己的看法，并提出了建议，对读写课模式进行了讨论。清池中学的段媛媛、黄建英，张素霞、振华中学的马金玲等几位老师在评课时直言不讳，针对某些环节发表了自己的'见解：“假如我来上这节课，在这个环节上，我这样做……”
最后，教研员张伯红老师对听说课和读写课进行了精辟的解读，并对《初中英语课堂教学评价标准》又作了强调：
1、目标明确；
2、多层设计；
3、学生参与；
4、注重实效。
张老师强调，要把“五四一”模式落实到平时的授课上，老师们要珍惜机会，积极参加课改，以提高自己的业务水平。
二、总结上学期的教研活动，布置今学期的教学教研活动。
张老师首先肯定了上学期教研活动的优点，然后指出了不足，对本学期的教研活动作了布置和要求，并强调每次教研活动结束，各位老师必须写反思，并把学到的经验落实到实际教学中去；每人建立博克，每周发表一篇随笔，交流教学经验；以学校、年级为单位出无分数评价优秀试题，并进行展示和评比；今年我区的课堂教学活动评比以市教学模式为依据，尤其是青年教师平时上课必须按“五四一”模式；加强集体备课，各校把集体备课发到英语学科公共邮箱，达到资源共享。
本次教研活动，老师们参与率高，没出现无故缺席现象，听课认真，讨论积极，达到了预期目的。相信今学期我区的英语教学一定会取得优异成绩。

我校开展以“培养教学能手”为契机，以有效课堂为突破口，以引领教师专业成长为宗旨的观摩课活动，由教研组长组织、筹备，并取得圆满成功。现总结如下：学校领导高度重视，教师听课热情高涨。本次活动得到了学校领导的高度重视和大力支持，执教老师要按照“备课、上课、评课、反思”等环节进行。全体英语教师要积极听课学习。教研组长要精心组织策划邀请校领导进行听课指导。本次英语组观察课由10名新老教师执教涵盖了全校所有年级。课型涉及新授课、复习课、多媒体课。活动期间许多老师跨学科听课，每到下课铃响听课老师鱼贯而出成为学校一道美丽的风景。
授课教师精心准备。十多位授课教师课前备课充分。他们精心选择课题，巧妙设计教案，深入钻研教材及研究教法学法，制作多媒体课件，努力把最优秀的课堂教学展示给学生。朱会霞老师精心的组织、严谨的语言、恰到好处的背景，让各科老师感受到了英语的魅力。贾老虎老师在教学中应用导学案发挥学生的自主学习能力，由课题引发学生的思考再转入阅读和归纳，最后提升情感体验这样的教学尊重了学生的主体。杨彬、张宁、赵伟峰老师在教学中充分发挥多媒体的作用增大了课堂教学的容量，使教学更直观、有趣，提高了课堂的实效。
总之十多位老师在新课程背景下，每一节观摩课上完后教研组的老师们一起评课、反思交流。老师们从课堂观察的角度进行评课，提升了校本教研的内涵。授课者和听课者都扮演了研究者的身份——共同研究学生、研究课程内容、研究教学方法，双方都在研究中受益，在研究中进步在研究中得到发展。
十多位执教老师在本次活动中也受益匪浅。在反思交流中张宁老师围绕“有效教学谈到三点：
1、设计教学应从学生认知规律出发才是有效的。
2、精彩课堂问题设计的有效性才能促成生成的有效性。
3、朗读设计的有效性才能促成情感体验的有效性。
本次英语教师观察课活动只是我校教育教学的一个缩影，也是我校教学教研活动的一次集中展示。观察课虽然结束了，但课堂教学没有停止，我们的交流、研讨和反思也没有停止。在今后的教学实践中让我们苦练内功，并在锤炼中提升我校英语教学的质量。英语高效课堂研修活动情况作为英语教师，在教学过程中，我们要尽力营造良好的教学气氛，保持学生们兴致勃勃的情绪、思索判断的神态、跃跃欲试的举止，使英语课堂气氛浓郁、生动活跃，从而开发学生英语学习的潜能，提高学生的英语语言素质。为了在英语教学中创设并保持“这种良好的气氛”，教师应不断更新教学观念，改进教学方法，将这种融洽的师生关系运用于具体的课堂实践之中。经过学习，我们都知道课堂教学是学校教育的主阵地。追求课堂教学的高效率，是每一位教师不断追求的目标，现将高效课堂的认识总结如下。
一、高效课堂应以激发学生兴趣为基点“兴趣是最好的老师”。
学习兴趣不是先天就有的，教师可在每节课前举行英语歌曲联唱，用富于感染力的音乐激发情趣，让学生以饱满的愉快的情绪进入学习英语的状态。可以用声音素材、实物、多媒体课件等进行直观教学活动；可以选用学生们熟悉的内容或游戏方法等方法，使学生的兴趣点达到高潮。教师应对学生在游戏中的出色表现给予高度评价，充分肯定他们的聪明才智，分享他们在游戏中所获得的乐趣。教师把握好了兴趣这个支点，就能通过课堂教学这根杠杆，成功地托起自己教学效果的提高。
二、建立良好的师生关系是高效课堂的一部分。
良好的师生关系是师生共同满足教学需要、协同教学活动、实现教学目标的基础和保证。不光在课堂上，在课外都要注意培养融洽的师生关系。古今中外，教育家们都十分重视师生关系，并对建立良好的师生关系给予高度的评价。良好的师生关系是形成“无拘无束”的教学氛围、激发学生高昂学习情绪、挖掘学生创造潜能的直接因素，它不仅会引起学生对教师的尊重和信任，而且还会使学生把对教师的爱迁移到教师所讲授的学科上来。正如古人所云：“亲其师，信其道。”
三、高效课堂应以学生主体为中心。
作为一名教师都深深地懂得，学生是学习的主体，是学习的主人。把学生置于恰当的位置，可以充分调动学生的学习积极性，提高教学效率。首先教师应根据教学目标和学生的特点选择教材和教具，设计好教学过程。同时教师要进行良好的组织，课堂上教师要引起学生的'注意，激活学生的先前旧知，在适当的时候主动培养学生学会获取分析、判断和运用知识的能力。在课堂中教师要与学生建立友好和谐的师生关系，平等地与学生进行讨论，共同解决问题。而且，在学习中教师要乐于向学生提供帮助，关注学生的生活世界，创设融洽和谐的学习氛围，促进师生间的情感交流。与此同时，教师要坚持面向全体学生，始终体现以学生为主体，尊重学生的个体差异，注重个性化教学。
四、高效课堂应以实际生活与情境为模版。
作为教师，教师要学会创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，从而吸引和组织他们积极参与，要能够使学生获取处理和使用信息、用英语与他人交流，用英语解决实际能力。只有接近生活的，真实的，复杂的活动才能整合多重的内容和技能。这将有助于学生用真实的方式来应用所学的知识，同时也有助于学生认识他们所学知识的作用和意义。课堂教学向课外体验延伸，教师可设立交际任务。把课内的虚拟情景放到课外的真实体验中，以分组合作的形式，比如还可以安排学生按英文购物单到超市完成采购任务，这样使学生充分体验交际所带来的成功。
总结：高效的课堂教学活动，不仅要充分体现“以学生为中心”的教学思想，最大限度的发挥学生的主体性，让学生乐于学英语，善于学英语，真正成为学习英语的小主人；而且还要使教学活动要能真正代表学生，激发学生的学习兴趣，并让学生在多元化评价中形成持久的学习动机，在完成任务的过程中体验学习成功的愉悦，从而营造出一个人性化的教学环境，有利于调动学生的学习积极性，提高英语教学效果。

一、培养了学生的对英语的兴趣
参加兴趣小组的同学，有一部学生分本身就对英语充满了兴趣，但是也有一部分学生是在老师的要求下参加英语兴趣小组的。因此，培养学生对英语的
兴趣是组织英语兴趣小组的首要任务。在本学期的英语兴趣活动中，我以新的切入点进行英语教育，并运用学生喜欢的方式进行授课，大量运用英文歌、英语小游戏等等。使学生感觉到学习英语是一件好玩又有趣的事，从而对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。
二、拓展了学生的英语知识面
对于我们的学生来说，他们主要是通过课本来获取知识，在课外获取英语知识的途径贫乏。因此我通过多种途径获取各种英语资料来丰富学生的知识，例如学唱英语歌曲等，让学生多接受生活中常用的英语，让学生更好的理解英
语的实用性，通过小组比赛的方式巩固所学的知识，让学生在玩中学，玩中用。
三、增加了学生口语锻炼的机会
英语还是一门语言课，因此能说会说才是真正的重点，因此我将课堂中的大部分时间用在与学生进行口语交际上。主要通过学生跟读、师生对话、学生相互情景对话的方式增加学生的口语锻炼，纠正学生的发音，使学生真正领悟英语的精髓，而不是单纯的学“哑巴英语”。
四、丰富了学生的第二课堂
从素质的`角度丰富了学生的课余生活，他们的生活不在仅限于课堂上，让他们意识到学习的乐趣，更有兴趣学习了。英语兴趣活动丰富了学生的文化生活，开阔了学生的英语视野，播下了爱好英语的种子，兴趣组的学生的英语成绩都比较稳定且优秀。
当然，我们的工作还存在不足，我们期待着我们的工作能够得到更快的完善，得到更好的发展。我们将本着为学生工作的思想更加努力地工作，使我们的学生的素质更好地得到提高。

20xx年4月份（第7-10周），在学校领导，其它部门的协作下，由英语科筹划的灶三镇中心小学第四届英语节成功举办。为我校特色校园文化添上亮丽的一笔。
一、目标明确，鉴贴实际
为了活跃丰富校园文化，营造学习英语的良好氛围，继续发扬有中心小特色英语学习传统，英语科策划了本届英语节。
在科组长张彩玉老师的主持下，制定了“继承、创新、全面提升学生英语学习能力”的举办方针。全科组教师群策群力，出谋划策，精心设计了本届英语节及项目表。至此，第四届英语节组织、准备工作全面拉开。
二、形式多样、和谐活泼
第四届英语节共设置了四项比赛项目，都旨在通过这些项目，营造更浓厚的英语学习氛围。
1、我型我秀。
“英文优秀作业展”是本届英语节的一个看点。为了促使学生端正学习态度，提高书写能力和鉴赏能力，养成了认真、工整、清爽的书写习惯，营造同学们之间比、学、赶、超的良好氛围。在学生优秀英文作业展的活动中，首先由每班各任课老师组织学生开展自评、互评，评选出班级优秀作业，开展优秀作业欣赏、交流的学习活动，在此基础上选送最好的五本作业，进行全校学生优秀作业评比，把评选的优秀作业张贴在展板上，并由各班组织学生有秩序地观看、欣赏、学习。优秀作业展每天都吸引着不少师生和家长前来观看。
2.神来之笔绘美图。
“英文手抄报大赛”使那些有绘画天分及英语兴趣的学生有了用武之地．这两项比赛共收到来自各年级各个班学生的作品近400份，画面栩栩如生，英语诙谐幽默，真是创意无限，挥洒自如．
4．斗智斗勇共夺冠。
在老师和学生们的共同努力下，本学期“单词小状元”比赛得了骄人的成绩。无论是老师还是学生都有一种从耕耘的辛苦到收获喜悦的感情体验过程。它唤起了学生的学习兴趣，增强了自信心，给孩子们插上高飞的翅膀，促进了我校的英语教学。
5．中英合壁耀舞台。
“英文风采大赛”是校园文化艺术节舞台汇演的节目。风采大赛上小朋友天真无邪的歌声、幽默诙谐的短剧，给同学们留下了深刻的印象，竞争激烈，选手们倾尽才艺，整个比赛现场热烈而有序。又一次的.挖掘了学生的表演才能与天分。
第四届英语节的成功举办不同程度地影响了学生们的学习英语热情也促进了学生学习英语的兴趣，基本上也达到了举办英语节的目标，让学生置身在一个英语的环境中，使用英语，感受英语。
20xx年10月23日晚18：00，我协会在XX楼东辅楼202举办了“英语学习*出国留学*职业规划——20xx高校英语公益巡回讲座”。该讲座，我们邀请到了新航道国际教育集团总裁，北京新航道学校校长XX教授，以及CCTV主持人XXX（著名英语口语教学专家，人称“双语游侠”，中央电视台主持人，中央人民广播电台主播）担任主讲嘉宾。
讲座当天，400人的会场座无虚席，更有许多同学在讲座开始之后陆陆续续的来到会场，站在走道内听讲座，也有学校的老师带着自己的孩子来听讲座。当天许多校园媒体也关注了我们的讲座，在复旦新闻网上也有关于这个讲座的报道。
XX讲授为我们演讲时，台下的同学鸦雀无声，都听得时候认真，从XX教授的经历中，也让我们广大的同学受益匪浅，让我们懂得了，任何学习都是需要刻苦认真的，也让我们知道了，又付出也总会有回报。XXX老师的演讲可谓是讲当天的讲座推向了高潮，做为一个外国人，XXX老师能讲一口及其流利的中国话，这也现身说法的为同学们展示了，要学要一门外语并不难，难的是要找到合适自己的方法。XXX老师夸张的肢体动作，生动地言语和表情，让同学们充分的感受了他的魅力，同时也让我们对如何学好外语有了更多的了解。台下很多同学都跟着王渊源老师一起互动，或是对话，或是接着他的动作，有的同学则认真地记着笔记，台下也不时爆发出阵阵笑声和掌声。
当天的讲座得到了同学们的一致好评，相信同学们通过此次讲座，都会有所收获。讲座同时也获得了主讲人，嘉宾以及媒体的肯定，活动举办的'非常成功。
讲座时负责门口利益的同学要从讲座开始一直站到讲座结束，他们也没有半句怨言，而此次，一些先前就在内场作会场布置得同学会主动提出和门口的同学换岗。会场内的同学，也会主动让座位给分发宣传单的同学休息，或是热情的为他们送上一瓶矿泉水解渴。原本大家各自有自己的分工，但是那天，每个人除了牢记和作好自己的工作，都在力所能及的情况下去帮助其他同学一起完成他们的工作。
整个活动，无处不体现出我协会成员的团结精神，和吃苦耐劳精神。通过这个讲座，也使得协会里有些原本不太熟悉的同学变得熟悉起来，增进了协会每个成员之间的感情。相信通过这个活动，协会的每个成员也都会有各自的收获。或许是收获了一份成就，或许是收获了一种经验，又或者是收获了一份友谊！

校本活动以教师为主导，以学生为主体的课堂教学原则，以“把握目标，有效教学”为课堂教学指导方向而展开一系列的英语校本教研活动，以提升我校英语教育教学质量及教师自身素养。回顾这上学期来的工作，现总结如下：
一、强化校本教研，拓展教研内容
始终如一的开展校本教研活动是我校的教研活动的常规。我校重视教研组的校本教研活动，落实时间、地点、内容。校本教研讲求实效，围绕目标，突出重点；通过校本教研活动能使教师提升自己的教学素养，使教师自觉养成在研究状态下工作的职业生活方式。发现和培养骨干教师，扩大骨干队伍，充分发挥骨干的示范辐射作用,如我校的黄建义、蒋微微、陈银燕、等一批具有丰富的教学经验及个性化的教学理念，在他们的引导与帮助下，为了促进教师间的相互交流学习，倡导教师间互相交流，引导教师自觉进行教学反思，相互借鉴学习。相互交流，坚持讨论、反思、相互沟过后进行备课，资源共享，进一步优化课堂教学。提高课堂教学的艺术性与教学教量。。
为了进一步提高课堂教学效果，加强教师间的相互交流，本学期开展了多种活动，如上课、听课、评课。通过这些活动，增进教学交流，完善课堂教学程序，优化课堂教学质量。
二、研究学生的学，提高教学有效性
提高课堂教学效率，则是课堂教学改革的核心问题，通过围绕着教学目标展开系列的英语教学活动。使学生在课常中有大量的语言实践，加大英语言语信息对大脑的刺激，使学生通过模仿、强化，获得言语动作技能糸统，促进产生言语创造性输出的能力。课堂教学中有效教学时间所占比值越高，所输出的英语知识及英语言语，学生能够消化吸收的部分越多，课堂教学效率就越高。课堂有效教学时间不得少于实际教学时间的70％，并且保证学生能够当堂接受的语言信息要大于70％，并能进入到学生原有知识结构中去保证了教学的实效性。课堂有效教学与教师的教学行为。
加强作业布置批改与评价改革。作业形式多样，记忆、读写、巩固、预习等；作难度体现层次；控制数量，保证质量。评价方式上要实现学生由客体到主体的转变。作业批改要倡导师生共同参与，达到共识、共进的目的。
三、加强小课题研究，提升教师专业素养
为了有效的提高课堂教学质量，不断提高学生的语言表达能力和写作能力，进行了以“把握目标，有效教学”的课堂有效教学探索。写长法英语写作教学在九年级毕业班中继续进行探索，取得了良好的效果。为了促进学生英语学习的兴趣，在七年级实行了单词等竞赛,八年级举行英语单词竞赛。
对于后进生，鼓励教师深入学生，与学生平等交流。及时指导课堂教学中存在的问题，帮助学困生克服困难，增强信心，有效促进学困生的思想态度的转变与转化。立足本校实际情况，借鉴已有的经验，组织教师采取边教边学、观摩研讨、专题交流、及时总结等多种形式。
四、加强中考研讨，提高教学质量
为了有效地帮助九年级教师作好中考的.复习工作，提高复习的实效性，组织全组教师集思广议、献言献策，帮助九年级教师共同制定中考复习计划，认真落实。九年级教师集体编写或收集优秀学校中考模拟试卷和口语测试试题。根据课程标准与中考考纲做到复习教学的实效性和针对性。对于口语听力测试，九年级教师利用早、中自修课的时间，加强对学生听读训练。在中考中，我校考生英语口语取得优。在听说的基础上也不忘对英语读写的训练，做到训练规范，要求学生达到每做一题会出一题的目标。这样不仅提升英语语言运用能力，而且还有利于提高中考成绩。
五、开展英语竞赛，展示英语技能
本学期在四月底开展九年级英语口语考试，让所有学生了解中考英语口语听力人机对话的测试的方法，在老师的指导下，做到有针对性的复习，提高复习的实效性。在七年级开展了英语单词等级考试；八年级开展学生英语知识能力竞赛，激发了学生学习英语的兴趣和为展示学生英语技能搭建平台，并取得良好的效果。
总之，我们英语教师要不断提高自身素质，适应新时期的教育，遇到问题积极探索，互相交流，始终以高标准严格要求自己。大家齐心协力，团结一致提高课堂教学效果是我们奋斗的目标。在今后的工作中，我们决心再接再厉，努力工作，为我校英语教学提升而努力。

一学期快结束了，英语口语协会的活动在这一学期中也将画上句号。半年的社团工作中，我们经历了风风雨雨，我们在经历挫折与失败的同时也获得了成功。本协会以“服从领导，团结同学，提高英语口语，丰富校园文化生活”为准则，认真完成了各项工作任务，现将本学期的工作情况汇报如下：
一、 本学期活动

So I didn’t really happy . On Sunday , I went to play games with my friend .We played tennis all morning . Then I visited my grandmother with my mom . Ihope her is in good health . In the evening I had to back home by 7:00 .After dinner ,I watched I had to be in bed by 9: I didn4 really happy.

I had a nice time on last got up at 8 o'clock,Then I did my homework from 9:00 to 10: helped my mother to do the 11:30,I had the afternoon,I went to the zoo with my saw a lot of are took many photos in the 5:00,I went I was a little tired,I was very dinner,I watched TV for an I went to bed at 9 o'clock.
周末计划 (My Plan for Weekend)
Usually, I am free at the weekends, but sometimes I also have something to do. This weekend, I will be busy, because at Saturday, I am going to read a magazine in the morning. Afternoon, I will go to the zoo with my grandparents. On Sunday, I will go to the bookstore to buy some books for reading. Afternoon, I will go to the train school to learn Kongfu. At night, I will stay at home and have a good rest.
