这本书叙述的都是日常生活中的一些普普通通的小事，这些小学生的小事在商晓娜的笔下汇成了六本书籍。从这里边我知道了：“生活处处皆文章，商晓娜就这样写出了人见人爱、花见花开的小学生六册的生活博文。我们写日记也一样，应该从生活小事落笔，寻找灵感，这是我从这本书中得到的认识之一。

消除挫败感 日复一日的生活――尤其是城市里的`生活――充满了挫败感，而网络日志使得人们能向全世界发牢骚。你在这些日志中会读到很多抱怨的话。如果你以为我也是个牢骚筒子，哦，算你说对了！
社会分享的需要 作为一个赚稿酬的愤世嫉俗者，我曾一度对此解释感到费解。但似乎一些人真的喜欢“分享”，这是一种习惯。
立志当作家 很多人都想成为出版作品的作家。博客不会让你经历请求他人帮助出版的烦恼，也不要求你把文章写得很好（尽管在其中的确能发现优秀作品，有的好得令人震惊），即可让你实现这一梦想。

你可以用博客来炒作自己及他人的隐私，宣传或分享千奇百怪的癖好，发布最快最新或是犄角旮旯的新闻——用它来给自己找份称心的工作，又有什么不可以？事实上，许多主流博客网站已经在为用户提供求职博客的服务，甚至有专门的求职招聘博客出现。

求职博客和个人简历一样，是求职时的另一张名片。任何虚假夸张的东西都经不起时间的考验，迟早会被拆穿。而且求职博客比简历更难隐藏自己的真实情况。当你在求职博客上虚假夸张自己的经历、能力时，是很容易被人识破的。这不像简历只是简单的两张纸，求职博客更多的是需要从内容的填充上去表现自己。这是一个自我展现，也是自我考验的过程。还有更重要的一点是虚假夸张后的影响。博客是个互动平台，看客可以与博主互动。被别人发现你在虚假夸张，抓住小辫子可就不妙了。失败的案例，可以参看前一阵火热的毒药博客。
3、重视网友评论
如果想利用博客成功求职的话，网友评论也将是用人单位考核你的一部分。网友的评论从某种意义来看，是最公正的。他们来自五湖四海，不认识博主，更不会对博主有任何感情存在，所以他们的评论可以相对真实地反映对这篇文章或这个人的看法，算是客观考核的依据。
与网友间的互动可以让观者认识到你的性格特点。你的语气、措辞等都可能影响观者对你的评价，甚至你回复问题是否及时，都是影响评价的因素。与网友间的互动，是一个很好地展现自我的机会。千万不可错过，更不要弄砸！
4、在职人士慎行
求职博客作为一个公开的求职平台，除了能让目标企业看到，也同样会被你现在所在的企业看到。如果你无心跳槽，只为好玩而做的求职博客，却成为目前职业的祸端，才是得不偿失。
在职人士跳槽，如果想通过求职博客展现自己，要注意以下两点：不要选择专门为求职设计的博客，也就是专业的求职博客；不要在博客中透露任何对现在工作的不满情绪，以及想跳槽的欲望。
●求职博客VS求职简历
传统的求职模式不外乎人才招聘市场直接递交简历，再加上现在已相当普及的网络求职等等。求职博客是另一种形式的简历，只不过更加专业化，更为立体。但绝不能将两者混为一谈。
1、比操作 简历赢
写简历大家都会，即使经验不够丰富，随意在网上一搜即可搜 出几十车皮的简历包装方法。可求职博客就不一样了。首先因为是刚兴起的求职方式，网上并没有大量的信息可供参考；其次由于制作求职博客在难度上增加了很多，需要从模板风格、版面结构、文字内容、颜色搭配等众多方面考虑。在操作这方面，简历胜出。
2、比效果 求职博客
赢即使你将简历优化得完美无缺，但仅仅通过两页纸就将自己的全部能力展现出来，你信吗？简历可以展现优势，但只能让企业了解到你是否具备这些能力，无法通过简历考证。而博客则可以通过内容进一步把自己的能力表现出来。
3、比成功率 求职博客赢
其实不论是简历还是求职博客，都是为了赢得面试机会以至拿到OFFER。从赢得面试机会的角度去考虑，这两种形式其实都没有太大的差别，因为一份好的简历是绝对可以将自己的优势表现出来，也能够赢得面试机会的。但如果从拿到OFFER的角度考虑，求职博客起的作用就要大很多了，因为不单可以从中看到你的职业能力，更可以通过博客加以验证。

如果把求职博客当成一种短期的求职行为，那么它的存在就颇有点愚弄人的嫌疑了。看似求职，实则娱乐。其它更应该成为一种长期的求职行为。如果制作一个好的求职博客，定期进行更新与维护，不但可以明确地将自己展现出来，更可以让别人看到你清晰的职业脉络，加大企业对你的信心，但这一切的.前提都建立在你是否将自己经营得当。

有一个名叫罗比·伦纳迪的英国女孩，在大学毕业后的求职生涯中屡遭淘汰，但是，伦纳迪毫不气馁，仍旧坚持把一份份简历投向多家心仪的公司。
伦纳迪坚持了两年，但是，仍然没有一家公司向她伸出橄榄枝。这时，伦纳迪再也坐不住了，频遭打击的她心情一度低落到极点。
