说干就干，我撸起袖子，站在外婆旁边看她怎么制作。只见外婆先把糯米粉倒在大盆子里，堆成了小山，又用手在其中挖个洞，倒入水进行混合。当糯米粉被揉成团之后，外婆揪了一小块，把它做成小碗状，然后放入一颗黑芝麻馅，再封口、搓圆。很快，一只圆溜溜的汤圆就做好啦！我边看边想,原来做汤圆这么简单！于是，我也学着包。在放馅的时候，我心想：外婆放这么小的一颗芝麻馅，会不会不够甜?所以，我干脆放了两颗进去，觉得这样味道会更好。接着，我把它一捏一揉，却发现雪白的汤圆变成了黑白相间的“斑马”。站在一旁的外婆看了，哈哈大笑说：“做汤圆馅料不能放太多。一贪就坏事！”外婆摸摸我的头，说，“你看这次的新冠病毒，就是人类的贪心闯的祸。”我一听赶紧老老实实包汤圆，再也不敢有贪念了。
接着，外婆烧开一锅水，把汤圆一只只放入滚烫的水中。只见白白胖胖的汤圆在水里滚动、浮沉。等水再次煮沸的时候，外婆改用小火慢慢煮，直到汤圆全都浮在水面上，才把它们捞入碗里。
餐桌上，我们全家人围坐在一起，一边吃汤圆一边看着有关“疫情”的新闻报道。我想：疫情什么时候才能过去呢？真希望这些白衣天使和新冠病人们在春暖花时能平安归来，也和家人们一起吃汤圆，团团圆圆，圆圆满满。

俗话说：“民以食为天”，也有人说：“人是铁，饭是钢，一顿不吃饿得慌。”每个人都有自己所喜好，有可能是家乡特色，街头的风味小吃种种。我所喜爱的小吃各有特色，最让人垂涎欲滴的还属家乡的炸豆干和爸爸的“传家宝”――花蚌。
炸豆干
这道小吃可以说是低头不见抬头见，街头的小摊，加长的饭桌上都随处可见，炸豆干美味可口，做法却极其简单。只需先把油倒入锅里，待油热，把豆干从锅边放入，两三分钟，豆干的颜色逐渐变得金黄，淡淡的都想便随之传出，再炸至一两分钟便可出锅了。接下来就是调味料了，只需在碗里倒一些白开水，加入少许盐，再把一些葱花撒在盐水上便可以一领豆干的“风采”。夹起一块豆干，蘸一点盐水，一口咬下去，淡淡的豆香伴随着葱花的清香，让人口齿留香，沁人心弹。它的外皮脆脆的，而里面却是软软的豆腐，豆类里含有的蛋白质绝不亚于肉类，所以炸豆干可说是老少协议的营养之物。
花蚌虽然好吃，但处理不当就大大相反啦，还有一种让人“敬而远之”的腥味，我爸爸煮的花蚌可是一流。首先让花蚌在水里泡掉一些泥质，然后就是调味了。把花蚌倒入一个锅里（不能加水），加入盐，鸡精沙茶，辣椒等调味品，再加入金不换之类的，最好是加入一些麻油，味道更好了。然后把盆子放在电磁炉或煤气炉上，哪一个盖子盖住，煮个四五分钟，就可关掉开关了，不过不能还不能揭盖，要让它们“闷一闷”，二三分钟就可以上桌，阵阵香扑鼻而来，口水在嘴里不停地酝酿着，终于可以吃了。花蚌的腥味完全被掩盖了，光是金不换等配料就让人忘乎所有了，花蚌的香味被配料完全带出来。一个，两个，三个一盘花蚌一下子只剩下汤料了。真是此物只应天上有，人间难得几回“闻”。

我最喜欢的食物就是土豆了，我对土豆可是百吃不厌，就是让我一日三餐都吃土豆，我也吃不腻，下面就向大家介绍一下土豆吧！

当美味上桌时，我们就如同饿狼扑食一般大吃起来。豆腐脑细腻的口感，配着新出炉的烙饼夹排叉，两个字――绝了！

海不是我们想像中的那么蓝，但毕竟也是海。在海边我们找了一个位子坐了下来，这是一个用石头砌成的小烧炉，可要十个人围成一桌也未免太挤了吧！年糕上来了，我只好忍着拥挤的温暖拿了两块年糕（因为每个人只有两块）。有些人以前烧烤过，比较有经验，而我是第一次，所以我便照着他们的样子烧烤起来。先要涂点儿油，然后放到火上烤，烤了一点儿，拿刷子在食物上涂一层胡椒粉，再放在上面烤，直到烤熟。开始怕把食物烤糊，所以我不停地翻着，终于把白年糕翻成了黑年糕。内行人说：不用翻得勤，只有掌握好时间就可以了。这次我才知道原来烧烤也不是件简单的事情。但是我知难不退，发扬了一股作气战斗下去的精神，继续烤下去；第二次便有了经验，把年糕放在上面不去管它，等到颜色有点黄黑了，滋滋滋地冒着热气，有香味出来了，就可再翻一个面。就这样，我在年糕的香味中，烧烤对我来说已经轻车熟路了。
虽然我烤出的年糕不太好吃，但毕竟是自已亲手做的，吃起来还是可以用狼吞虎咽来形容。接下来，我们用同样的方法烤了牛肉串、甜馒头、香肠和鱼，可是鱼比较腥不怎么受欢迎，也许是做法不对而让鲜美的鱼无法下肚吧！其它的食物都被大家以最快的速度一扫而空了

腊八节到来之前，外婆总会拿几斤大米到碾米的小作坊，让师傅碾成米粉，再去农贸市场买“洋粉粥”的原料，有青菜、红枣、金针菇、油泡等。说到这里，你们是不是觉得这些配料有些与众不同？对，这才是专属于外婆的“洋粉粥”。回到家，外婆先将青菜、金针菇、油泡等配料下油锅翻炒一两分钟后，盛起来放在一边，然后在米粉中添点儿热水，轻轻搅拌成米糊，接下来在大锅中倒入满满一锅开水，再将所有原料混合在一起倒进去。还没开始烧，我的脑海里已经满是洋粉粥的味道，馋得小舌头直舔嘴巴，赶忙钻到灶头后面往炉里塞稻草，让火烧更旺。慢慢的，锅盖缝隙里开始冒出烟气，外婆掀开盖子，用大铲子使劲搅拌，一股股热气冒出来，充满了整个厨房间。当锅里的糊糊被烧得冒泡时，外婆抓了一小把盐洒进去，继续搅拌。看着一大锅热气腾腾的“洋粉粥”，我拿着碗等外婆给我盛。“马上就可以吃喽！”外婆笑着说。不一会儿功夫，“洋粉粥”端上来了，我迫不及待地要吃，“小心烫！吹吹再吃。”外婆笑眯眯地提醒着。
我用调羹舀起一勺，用嘴呼呼吹了两口就塞进嘴巴吃了起来，真是太美味了！这就是外婆的“杰作”――地地道道的青浦“洋粉粥”！
